  • "First, thank you, SJHD. Took my Road King in for its 5k mile servicing. Because of the distance I had to travel (I am very picky about who works on my baby), I was really hoping my Road King would be serviced in one day. When I called and made the appointment, although I was treated politely, I was given no guarantees of when the servicing would be complete.
    When I arrived, a gentleman named Francisco checked-in my bagger; he took control of the conversation and delivered white-glove customer service. I could not have been more pleased. A couple hours after dropping off my Road King, Francisco called and let me know the status and when my bagger would be completely serviced. Best follow-up experience. Period. After paying my bill Francisco walked me out to my Road King to show me how they washed it after servicing. How Francisco treated me is a huge part of why SJHD is the leader in superb service. Thank you, thank you."

  • "I came in to San Jose HD after a not so good experience at another HD dealership south of San Jose looking for some merchandise. Briahna gave me a warm greeting and asked how I was doing. After some pleasantries I advised I was shopping to update some of my Harley clothing. I enjoyed shopping with her and having my own personal shopper along. I bought a long sleeve shirt, a belt, head sock, she chose a nice bell for my daughter's bike, shoes, and other items. She even helped with an oil filter purchase for my FXR. After about an hour, she still had a smile on and I left completely satisfied with my purchases."

    Always amazed by the quality of its service - quick and reliable. The crew are polite and easy to deal with. I just had my bike serviced a few days ago ( 5,000 miles). Wonderful experience! Keep up the good job guys!"

  • "Stopping in at San Jose Harley-Davidson located in downtown San Jose, California!

    Great store, great location, going through nice renovations and terrific staff!

    There are a great number of motorcycles to choose from, and plenty of parts, accessories, and upgrades to select from.

    There is a good size service department to take care of your motorcycle service and repairs.

    The MotorClothes and merchandise department was great and has plenty of items to choose from!

    See Rush for motorcycle sales, the very friendly and sweet Areli and Harley (yes, her real name.) for MotorClothes and merchandise, and Woody for your parts!
